Hairdos

Lately,

I've been trying out some new dos.

Ones that are Jerusalem friendly.

See, the number of hair styling tools I will have access to will be very limited.

Plus who wants to spend a bunch of time getting ready when they could be out exploring and sightseeing and climbing olive trees and eating pita bread?

Turns out my red mane au natural is just so much fun!

Endevor #1: Learn to french braid.

I am actually rather fond of this one.

I may or may not have worn it like this for 4 days in a row...

but I need the practice, okay?

And FYI, this is actually a dutch braid, or an inside out french braid.

But don't worry I got the regular kind down pat to!

Plus you can braid your whole head right after getting out of the shower, sleep on it, and it comes out in perfect waves in the morning.  

Easy peasy and NO heat required!

Endevor #2: Makeover Buckie

I figured Buckie could use a little gussying up too.

My dad didn't appreciate this very much

when I sent her downstairs to show him.

He also doesn't appreciate that I call her crate a cage.

Or that I still refuse to use her real name...Ivy.

Ha.
