Tea Time

I am back everyone!
It is still such a surreal feeling to be home in America...
and although it is cleaner, tastier, and smells better than the middle east,
I still miss Jerusalem desperately.
(Check out my adventure abroad here)
Life has quickly returned to its normal hectic pace
besides the crazy jet lag curse still following me around.
Seriously,
it is NOT normal for a college-age broad to be going to bed at 8:30pm and waking up at 4:30am.
Actually, that's not normal no matter how old you are.
Tonight we are having a serious girl's night,
so cross your fingers that that will do the trick to get me back on track.

As a bit of a Christmas treat,
Mama planned a girl's tea day for sissy, grandmother and I.
We met up at Wystone's Tea House at Belmare.
Simply scrumptious.
And a tea party of any sort makes me feel all sorts of sophisticated.
We ordered 2 pots of tea,
Pumpkin Cream and Coconut.
Both of the roibus variety and naturally caffeine free.
Peeerfect.
Plus they brought us out a little 3-tiered stand overflowing with treats.
Scones,
cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches,
cheese and crackers,
and fresh fruit.
Then sissy and I hit the strip to pick up some last minuet Christmas gifts.
It was the loveliest sort of day!

Happy Tea Party!  Oh Happy Life!

  1. Dear Followers of Linny's Blog,

I am not a mad person (reference pic 1), but apparently tea time pictures make me appear that way. HA!!

What a fun day! I'm addicted to tea now.

    Love,
    Linny's Sister
